The Oakville Heritage Trails is a Millennium Partnership led by the Town of Oakville and the Community Foundation of Oakville.
The Heritage Trails Project, an outcome of this partnership, began in 1999 to plan and develop a network of Heritage Trails that connected all parts of the community. The network includes pavilions, information columns and trail signage that together with the web site
